SHIPPING POLICY
It’s very exciting when you select a special piece of artwork to add to your home. As an art collector myself, I know how much it lights up your heart and transforms your surroundings. I am so excited to provide shipping for my artwork within Canada and the USA. International shipping is going to be available in the future but you can always contact me to get an estimate.
Please allow 3-4 business days for packaging and handling. Shipping typically takes around 7 business days. Shipping times are up to the carrier, and you will be able to track your shipment. If your package is delayed, lost or damaged by the carrier, I sincerely apologize. Please contact me as soon as you can to troubleshoot the problem.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any VAT, import fees or any other duties that may be charged by your local government.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at studio@elafselim.com. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible to ship the item back.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
